Lost 4 stone sensibly - regained 5lb and need to lose it for my wedding in 3 weeks...

So... I've always been very sensible about my weight loss, I lost 4 stone over around 18 months and maintained a weight of 133/134lb for most of a year. Then since Christmas I've been stressed planning our wedding and moving house and I've been eating and drinking too much and I've put on 5lb! My wedding is now 3 weeks away and my dress is too tight. It does zip up but it's just not comfortable. I desperately want to lose the 5lb. I've been trying to stick to 1250 calories but I'm struggling so much, and I don't want to get ill, and that isn't even a low enough goal that's only a 1lb a week goal. I need some advice please, can anyone help?

5 lbs of fat loss can take me a few months to lose and I'm currently 136......
I guess you are really looking to get rid of excess water weight/bloat since it's right next to your wedding. I would eat low sodium, low carb for the last few weeks for a quick loss (understanding it will probably come right back on....) but since you want to fit in your wedding dress that's all I can think of.0 -
Thank you, I think I would struggle with that though as my fiance is vegetarian and we eat as a family every night... I've bought lentils and beans to replace some carbs, and I've switched us to wholemeal pasta and brown rice and swapped white potatoes for sweet potatoes. However many of my protein sources are full of sodium (cheese/quorn). Have you got any suggestions for meals please? I don't mind if the weight goes back on after the wedding, I am actually pretty happy at this weight, I'm 5'8" and personally I felt too skinny at 133lb but for that one day I want to feel comfortable and happy in that dress not worrying it'll burst open during the first dance or something!!0

1. Shapewear/Spanx?
2. Do you have time to get it altered to give you a little more breathing room up top? (A corset back or some such?)
I 100% guarantee you are not the first bride in this situation.0
