Calories in Yam or konjacu shirataki noodles

Hi,
I eat a lot of shirataki noodles, mainly the ones without tofu. I was wondering how many calories I would have to count for them? They are "0" a serving but there are 5 servings or so in a bag and I am a good eater.....As far as I understood, one can count 5 cal per 1 serving size of "0 calorie" food to be on the safe side as USA regulations allow for assigning a 0 value to everything below 5 cal. And I assume if a company writes there are 5 servings in a small baggage of noodles, they are using this for advertisement and the servings are really 5 times 5 means 25 cal altogether. On the other hand side, I heard that the yam shirataki can not be fully digested (and also the same question applies to other foods like sweeteners like erythrol that are not completely digested by the body)....so would that then mean that they are 0 calorie per serving or at least less than 5? Don't understand me wrong, I am not getting OCD about 5 calories or so, but yam shirataki as well as erythrol are staples of my cupboard and I eat them a lot-I do not want to ruin the weight loss because of my ignorance of the "0 calorie" foods!
By the way, I was just shocked to learn that a venti americano at starbucks has got 25 calories....I never tracked it and drunk several a day sometimes....
Many thanks for any advice on this!

Hi:
You can try this link

Just use the calorie count per serving from the manufacturer. Be careful about the "serving size". Many times a full bag is NOT one serving.
I assume you are eating the noodle with something else, so you have to add the calories for the "something else" too.
Do not worry about the digestion part. Your body is very wise and it will take what it needs.
Good luck in your healthy journey0
