Injured - biscuits doing the healing

ok so I injured my leg tonight playing football which has totally hacked me off.

So I've just eaten 5 ginger nut biscuits and frankly I could finish the pack.

First time I've had a failure like this but it's so annoying spending months getting fitter than I've ever been only to get injured doing something I love.

I want more biscuits!!

Can you eat them in your calories allowance?

I can eat a few if I use my exercise calories too, 12200 steps today including my 115 minutes of football but I don't want to gain weight at all. Don't want to see my 28lb loss put back on at all!

I know how you feel. I'm laid up with a pectoral muscle tear. I've been signed out of all exercise for 3 full weeks. And as a result my healthy eating has lost some traction.
    Getting frustrated now.

Moderation is what you've learned here and being injured doesn't change that.
