Help!

Options
I am within 10 pounds of my goal weight. I am still flabby. Can anyone suggest exercises to help me tone and become stronger? I am completely and totally in the dark and appreciate any real feedback.

    Lift weights, as heavy as you can...Stronglifts, or Body Beast if you like dvd programs....

    Follow a good lifting program - it explains the weight, reps, form, and everything else you need to know. A great program for your age bracket is New Rules of Lifting for Life. High reps are perfect for beginners, because it teaches motor learning.

    Not sure what happened to the rest of my post....Medium reps with heavy weights, I am too lazy to spend hours on lots of reps.....Either try something like the Body Beast program or ask for a couple of sessions at the gym with a PT. Most gyms would do that....
