Hi all!
Just wondering what a decent price, lean protein powder you would recommend that is available in Canada. I have been doing some research and have found this protein that I am considering: walmart.com/ip/Six-Star-Pro-Nutrition-Fit-Rich-Chocolate-Lean-Protein-1.2-lbs/39881137
I know some people are skeptics over protein powders, but this is my own choice as I have been struggling getting my protein into my diet each day.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Also, what type of multivitamin would you recommend? I have been leaning towards One-A-Day or the Walmart brand multivitamin.
FYI, my diet consists of 1600-1700 Calories a day, and I go to the gym 4x a week to do cardio and freeweights/squats etc. Trying to lose about 30 more pounds of fat and to gain lean muscle (mostly on my thighs/bum and arms).
Thanks for any suggestions you may have for me!

I recommend Promix. A bit pricey, but well worth the quality.
If you really have money to burn, then you can go with Alter Whey, one of the best on the market.0
