Looking for recommendations on software to plan my workouts.

    Jefit works well. Pencil and paper will also work. What are you wanting it to do?

    I use the "Full Fitness" app on iPhone which is pretty nice.

    I use bodybuilding.com's build a workout tool. You can easily sort through exercises by muscle worked, equipment available, etc. Set the reps, track the weight you used, etc. Most of the exercises have how-to videos, there are tons available.

    @ Dave, I'm looking to be able to plan my workouts on my laptop, make changes, review progress and send my work outs to my phone or print on paper. I've checked out a few online options nothing caught my eye yet.

    Have you thought about just writing your workout on a spreadsheet?
