Healthy Potluck
Options
Somehow I got roped into organizing a "healthy" pot luck at work. There may be a few people not so excited.... so I have to show off. I am looking for a healthy chicken salad recipe and a marinade for chicken on the grill. I would love to go over the top w/ some crock pot veggies. I have an awesome 3 crock pot set that would look sweet at work. All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
