Garmin Vivofit help

can someone please help me with getting my Garmin Vivofit to sync with this app? I sync the Vivofit to my Garmin app but have tried unsuccessfully to sync it on this app

    Apparently many Vivofit people have been having issues with syncing. I called Vivofit and was told they are working on the problem which apparently stems from an update back in Dec/Jan timeframe. I was unable to sync from January 18th until just recently. Make sure you have downloaded all updates and then try again. If it still doesn't work, call Vivofit customer service to report your specific account.
