hi, I have my iPhone tracking my steps, and hand it on me while exercising today for 55 mins on the elliptical. I put the exercise in but the tracker also included my exercise time on my steps for the day. Is that double counting it? It seems when I put my exercise in it gave me a ton more caleries burned than with just the steps.
