Kickin out bad habits... Support pls!

Hey guys I'm trying to lose like 30-40 pounds and also stop smoking and stop drinking that much lol... I used to go out with my friends every weekend and I got a bad habit.. Lol I need some tips I been working out 2 weeks now I guess I am starting week 3 now... First week I lost like 8 pounds but then gained some back.. Cause I been eating really bad this week.. I started eating all the bad foods again.. I am still eating healthy but say I eat a healthy lunch.. Sometimes ill have a really unhealthy dinner.. Anyways add me I could use the support..
