Help on diet

Can anyone help me with my diet? Please just study my diary, I know I've had some cheats lately went out for dinner/bbq etc, but I would like to know if my main things, the base of what I eat every day, is good and good enough to lose weight. Just mainly look at breakfast, lunch, and 14:00-16:00. I'm really stuck and I'm not seeing enough progress I want to see :(

    Step away from the bananas :-) or at least the one that you're logging with zero carbs as it messes up your totals.

    A bit more protein on some days and less sugars would be a worth a try.
