Detoxing Estrogen (extreme pear)

I experienced hormonal hell for various reasons not worth detailing, did not ovulate for several years and when sufficient fat was put on I became "Estrogen dominant" as verified by medical tests. Estrogen dominance is horrible: depression, irritability and insomnia top the list of symptoms I have hated. Bloating, puffing up of the hands, ankles and face, weird and erratic menstrual cycles and acne follow close behind. Although fortunately these symptoms have abated as my cycle has regulated.
I want to lower my circulating Estrogen levels to improve my hormonal signature/body shape. I have a very disproportionate body with a tiny frame but huge, cartoon like flabby bottom
In the past year I have been eating anything I desired and it is a blessing I only weigh 125lbs at 5'4". I am used to being a size 6-8 before the hormonal storm of the last few years but now I have a hip circumference of a ridiculous 39". My bum is riddled with cellulite that I used to feel "lucky" to have none of. My goals are running, sprinting, hiking, eventually weight training and a slow and steady loss of fat through dietary changes and less gratuitous snacking. It's more a loss of inches, health and confidence I am chasing, the number on the scale is irrelevant if I like the feel of the body I live in.
I want to lower my Estrogen in an effort to lose more evenly all over instead of only my torso/arms as they are near slim enough already.
I took to google Scholar and although I am unimpressed with the experimental design of some of the studies on the subject (science graduate here ) I understand that high fibre diet helps excretion of Estrogen but am confused about the effect of a low or high fat diet.
Has anyone tried anything similar? Do different fibre types/foods have different levels of effect?
I read that Ray Peat champions raw carrots to reduce Estrogen, I'm also eating more buckwheat groats, broccoli, cabbage and porridge oats. Do the oats have better colon cleansing power (ahem) if eaten raw?
Could anyone weigh in on the effect of caffeine on Estrogen dominance? The literature (I looked at scientific journals as well as popular-health websites) is contradictory as to whether coffee improves or exacerbates Estrogen dominance. I am (reluctantly) going to cut down on my love for beer but I'm clinging hard to my coffee consumption unless someone can make a convincing argument for me to try quitting
Best wishes,
