I want to be loosing 2lbs a week. do I change my calories from 1200 to 1400 calories Aday.
Carbs is already set 50%
Protein is already set 20
Fat is already set 30
My height is 5.2 and weight 64kg. I want to get down from 10 St 1lbs to at least 8st

You look and sound as if you are near your goal weight. It gets harder the closer you are to it unfortunately. Slow and steady is the answer.... I'm 5'2" and am 61kgs, down from 70kgs. I was down to 55kgs but and slowly put it back on too. I tend to look at calorie intake as opposed to carbs/protein/fat content. Good luck.0

Your rate of loss is too aggressive for your goal
you were given the 1200 calorie goal because that is where MFP bottoms out, in order to actually lose 2lbs a week I am guessing you would need to eat well below that (don't do that though, thats torture!)
