I Diet program member...having success

Hi...I am working on lifelong eating goals and habit change using I diet. The structure and the diet have worked for me....I feel positive and motivated to see this through. I have lost 14.5 in 10 weeks, which given my age , and health is very good. I am adding 3 strength, and have been successful for 3 weeks at doing 4 cardio! looking for support and to be supportive on this journey.
