Absolutely ravenous

Does anyone else get absolutely ravenous after a morning workout ?

I work out 5 days a week and on weekdays I prep all my food and take it to the work. I'm a 3 meals and 2snacks girl and that normally keeps me going. Today however I have had my breakfast, morning snack and I can't get my mind off lunch....I'm starving! Ad its not even 10.30am. Should I just eat it and answer my body's cry, or try and hold off till later? Oh and I'm on my 3rd glass of water.
