Considering it's been three weeks since I started (17 days for tracking) and my weight is higher than I started (water retention, but it still sucks), I'm so excited to have run a mile and a half on the treadmill this morning! That was 18 minutes, and my previous record last week was four minutes. I just felt good, so I went for it! Yaaaaaay!! Thanks for letting me share!

Good for you!! I am also at the beginning of my journey and just impressed that I have stuck with the treadmill for almost two months. Love that you pushed yourself.0
