Hi everyone! It's my first day back after a lot of yo-yo dieting and a 33 lb weight gain over the last 5 years. Is anyone in the Vancouver, BC Canada region (we can meet up in-person!) or 5'4" tall looking to lose weight (around 118 lbs)? I'd love an accountability buddy to keep me motivated/to help motivate someone else!
