Hi!
so, its like past 8 at night where I am and I didn't really get time to eat much today :P
so, I haven't got many calories yet, plus ive exercised so I should probably be eating more than usual,
anyway, it feel to late to be eating over 700 cals at the moment!
advice would be great! what would all of you do in this situation!

If you're hungry eat. If you're not don't.0

If you're not hungry now, it's also perfectly okay to have a small amount of food now and give yourself some slack tomorrow if you're unusually hungry.0

Have a snack of nuts, milk, etc that is higher calorie for a small amount of food.
Otherwise, have a treat tomorrow. I don't look at my calories as a day by day thing. I ensure my weekly deficit is right.0 -
