Using the over the counter marinade mix, it does have a bit of sodium but you can make your own using their ingredients:

Yes, that's the Grill Mates Hawaiian Luau flavor. I mixed it with olive oil and instead of vinegar I used 3:1 apple juice and lime juice. I cooked it in the oven on a rack at pretty high temp (450) because I cooked it alongside kids' fish sticks. I would normally have used a lower temp longer, but it was fine at this temp. I cooked them a little over 10 minutes. Without about 3-4 mites to go, I put half a pineapple ring and an orange slice on each filet. I think that did more for presentation than flavor, but I like the food to look nice; I get more takers that way.

For sides I had quinoa and steamed broccoli. They went well with it, IMO, and I will do the whole menu again. Definitely will do the talapia that way again.
