    I just changed some of the food that I'll have for dinner, is it any better now?
    100g turkey breast slices
    2 pieces of brown bread
    1 baked jacket potato with beans

    or ditch that dinner all together and get fish & chips.... 1200 cals well spent!!!!!

    My cheat day is tomorrow, Saturday, so I'll likely be having fish, chips, mushy peas and gravy lol. :D
