I see a lot of big declarations about what you are going to do but I will leave you these simple words from Walt Disney:

I don't want to burst anyone's bubble but just get on with it and don't make a huge statement that will hang over you as you diet. I don't like to see anyone fail so don't set yourself up to :smile:
