i just started this. I want to lose 35 pounds, tone my body and be fit. I'm older (62) but love the outdoors. Have started riding my bicycle 4 times a week, up to about 10 miles on some rides (many bike paths and trails where I live). I want to improve my endurance and stamina. Am doing a 1300 calories a day food plan. Hope I can do this.
