Do you have any snack ideas? I work a 10 hour day so by the time work is over I'm very hungry. looking for healthy snacks

Hummus is a great one - the protein will keep you full for a longer time than carbs would and you can switch up what you dip in it - carrot sticks, pretzels, pita bread, etc.

I love wasabi peas also - same deal w/protein and the strong flavor gives a lot of satisfaction.
Fruit is great as well - apple slices with a little peanut butter (and maybe some raisins) on them - that will be a super filling snack and hits all the buttons of protein, carbs and fats.

1 medium apple is about 100 calories.And it is easy to carry with you.0

fruit, fruit and some more fruit ok mix in a serving of peanuts for protien, air popped corn is pretty good also0
