How to Log Wall Sits?

Options
Hi all, how can I log wall sits, which were part of my strength training circuit tonight? I did 5 wall sits for 1 minute each.

Thanks in advance!

I doubt the calories burned are significant. I would not log them.

Isometric exercise doesn't burn that much. Especially if it's only 5 minutes worth. Less than 50-100 calories.

Wall sits don't burn many more calories than standing. I wouldn't log them as cardio. You can log them in the strength section if you want to track them, though.

Thanks all! I'm not logging them for the calories, just to track them.
