Hello everyone! I hope everything is going your way. I am actually starting over. I lost the majority of my goal weight last year simply by eating clean, drinking mostly all water with the exception of a cup of coffee here and there and doing cardio and strength training. I did not diet. The first month I did not loose anything (OF COURSE I STARTED CRYING), The second month, I started loosing inches and after that, I started loosing weight. Wish you all the best.
