I weight 115 and im 5'3. I dont want to lose any weight i like mysize, but i want to be really toned and cut in the stomach area. Also i dont want my butt to shrink, just not be saggy. Id like it to be firm! Any advise?

Pick up heavy weights. Put them back down. Repeat! :)

    yup to progressive weights

for programmes read strong curves or New Rules of Lifting for Women

or see sites like stronglifts5x5.com, convict conditioning, ice cream fitness etc

(also and with pedantic apologies it's "I weigh" not "I weight" .. weight is a noun not a verb)

Lift and cut on cardio. Or no cardio :) it works... You get to eat more too!

Also exercise patience...you don't get a fitness body simply by working out for a handful of weeks or even months...you get a fitness body by living a fitness centric lifestyle.

It's all about lifting heavy weights and cutting cardio!! Plus, when you begin lifting, you will need to adjust your caloric intake. In other words, you will need more calories to feed your body!! Not a bad trade off!

Eat at maintenance or slightly over and lift heavy weights!
