what do you know about this? Does it help with weight loss?

    I have a tablespoon or 2 everyday for fibre, fat and protein, plus they are filling. As for helping with weight loss.... that would be a No! At 60 calories for 1tbs you can't go nuts with them.
    The only thing that will produce weight loss is a calorie deficit. There are no magical foods, pills or potions that will do the work for you :(
