WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT?

hey guys I have used my fitness pal before and sucessfully lost 15 kilos in 45 days dis was 2 years ago and now im at the same weight and its been 11 days I have not even lost a kilo. i eat about 1200 calories and i burn around 300 in gym on cardio plus some strength training :(

I would suggest going onto google and looking up what macros are and the iifym diet or (if it fits your macros) it will calculate everything for you and tell you how much calories you should be eating how much protein, carbs, and fat as well! Your calories seem to be a bit low! Try and keep your calories 1600 or above! Nothing less! Eat whole foods like lean chicken, egg whites, lean beef or turkey bacon, fruits, nuts, healthy fats, and one cheat meal per week. at least one protein shake a day, lifting everyday and HIIT ( high intensity interval training) cardio at least 4-5 times a week! Not everyday! Youtube "buff bunny" and "nikki blakketter"
