On my way!!!

Hello, everyone. I'm Lewis and I'm on my way to a better lifestyle. I am challenging myself to work out 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) and so far I'm on my 7th day since last Monday. I feel a change already and it's definitely motivating me to keep going.

    Thats great! the hard part is keeping going when theres no motivation. =p
