I currently do group work outs when I lift weights but I am wanting to change up my routine as my body has adjusted. Anyone that does full body work outs 3-4 times a week what does your routine look like? I have never done full body before
Thanks!

You can find workouts that target areas or full body on sites like bodybuilding.com as well as labrada.com.

I do full body twice weekly. I use the circuit machines at the gym.

I looked online I dont really know what to use I guess for a routine, I want to do 3 days a week M-W-F and do cardio and other on Tues Thur and Sat but Do you just do one lift for each muscle group you would normally work in splits?

I had been doing this full body work out from Muscle & Strength. I work out at home though, so it's a dumbbell only routine.

I've since switched to this split workout.

They are both M-W-F and you could certainly modify them back to dumbbell & barbell routines.

    I do a 5x5x5.

Squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull ups, overhead press, after two easy warm up sets, I’ll do 5 sets of 5 as heavy as I can. I’ll rest between 90 - 180 seconds between sets.

When I’m training for strength, I’ll do this one day, take two days off.

The first one here is great, I did it for six months and saw great results.

5x5 was too much squatting and I felt like I was not recovering properly. This spreads things out a bit and gives you one day of no squatting (plenty of other work though)

I subbed out seating presses for standing and did assisted pullups but otherwise did it to the letter.
