Sabotage!!!

Help! I hit a milestone (for me anyway) over the weekend of having lost 10lbs in the last 2 months. Since then though I feel like I just want to have a binge on junk food! I'm resisting the urge but has anyone else had this?

This used to happen to me all the time. I'd hit a number on the scale and I'd either lose motivation to lose more or I'd just want to start eating non stop. One day, I just told myself, "Knock it off, already!"
The urge still hits from time to time but I just say the same thing to myself and keep on keeping on.0 -
I can't wait to hit my target goal which hopefully isn't more than 3 months away then I can go back to a normal diet albeit making sure I don't go overboard!!0
