I have been on MFP before but deleted my profile when I got my fitbit because I started using that app. Now they sync and I can have the best of both worlds!!

Little background I am 5'4 cw is 152 and my GW is 135 to 140 ( most realistic for me is 140)

I lift weights and do cardio 5-6 days a week currently, hoping to do some more outside running and biking soon and adding in some other cardio (t25- heavy bag- jump rope ect)

I leave for Mexico in a little over a month!!

Just looking to build my friends list up again, have friends who can motivate me and that I can bounce questions off of ect.

    Thanks, just really struggling with that last 10 I have been in the same weight for over a year now its gotta go!!

    Oh, I've heard about those last few pounds being stubborn to get rid of. I wish I were that close to my goal. But I'm sure you'll manage and I'm interested to hear how you're doing. Thx for sharing..
