sl 5x5 and vacation

I am going to Mexico for a month and was wondering if I don't join a gym and lift will I lose a lot of muscle. I will be very active with cardio but don't want to lose the definition I have accomplished over the last year of lifting. Any advice would surely help. Thanx

    Over a month's time? Not likely, unless your diet is completely ridiculous (low cals, low protein, lowish carbs). And even then, I'm not sure how significant the loss would be.

    Maintain with body weight exercises. Pushups, pullups, etc.

    Thank you both for putting my mind at ease. Will be doing all the body weight exercises I can find.
