10 pound loss! Work in progress!

I have the hardest time losing weight.. I feel like I gain 10 pounds just from looking at food! It's been hard and I've fallen off the wagon loads of times to even get to this.. I still want to lose 23 pounds! But here's to small victories! (Also I'm 5'10, before is around 188 pounds and Current is 178 pounds!)

Thanks guys! I bought the swimsuit at Victoria Secret! and I have just changed my eating habits and been working out more.. I've actually been a vegetarian for over a year now.. but I find it sooo hard to lose anything because I was eating too many carbs to keep me full... now I fill up on veggies instead of overloading on carbs...I also run a lot 3 miles every other day combined with kickboxing workouts!
