How do you change the privacy settings on your lost weight, number of friends and country... Basically what displays on your profile to friends?

At the very top of this page you will see Settings (should be displayed right before the icons for Facebook, Twitter, etc). There you will find various areas to address privacy, such as diary, who may view your profile, etc
