Hitting a Wall

Howdy all,
Just hitting a bit of a motivational wall as I plateau for a few weeks. Not even really having any cravings for the things I've cut out of my diet (i.e. crap) but wondering what you do when breaking through a tough mental spot. Thanks!

When I'm being awesome, I get at it extra hard at the gym and double check my measurements of all my food. When I'm being less awesome, I nosedive into chocolate but I wouldn't recommend that approach for anyone else
In all seriousness, try something new. Roast a new veggie. Go to a yoga class or go climbing or try zumba or just go for a walk in a different neighborhood. Treat yo'self to healthy activities/foods. Shamelessly instagram your salad. I find that doing just one or two little things for myself that way can really help me get back on track.0 -
Keep your eye on the prize don't give up now If you can go back and look at old pics to remind you of how far you have come.0
