Hitting a Wall

Howdy all,

Just hitting a bit of a motivational wall as I plateau for a few weeks. Not even really having any cravings for the things I've cut out of my diet (i.e. crap) but wondering what you do when breaking through a tough mental spot. Thanks!

    When I'm being awesome, I get at it extra hard at the gym and double check my measurements of all my food. When I'm being less awesome, I nosedive into chocolate but I wouldn't recommend that approach for anyone else ;)

    In all seriousness, try something new. Roast a new veggie. Go to a yoga class or go climbing or try zumba or just go for a walk in a different neighborhood. Treat yo'self to healthy activities/foods. Shamelessly instagram your salad. I find that doing just one or two little things for myself that way can really help me get back on track.

    Keep your eye on the prize don't give up now If you can go back and look at old pics to remind you of how far you have come.
