Motivation wanted!

I've had many day ones and twos and threes when trying to become more healthy and revamp my relationship with food. But a lot of times i stop and fall back into old and bad habits and forget why I started in the first place. Changing habits are difficult, and I've always found a way to cop out.

I'm at a place where I know that I need to make changes and stick with them, and more importantly I really WANT to make those changes, not just for weight loss, but for a better life.

I've always tried to go it alone, and I think thats been a big part of my failures, but I would love some support from other people on the same type of path as I am. Anyone else looking for motivation and support? Please add me! I'd be happy to help in any way I can!
