When I enter a food into my meals, I get a red circle with a white mark in the middle. What is that? What does it mean?

    If you decide you want to delete the food (like, if you are pre-logging and wind up not eating it), you can click on that to delete it.

    Hi Marychristine - that is the button you push if you want to delete that item after you have added it.
