in 2012 I lost 30 lbs within 3 months, then got pregnant right away when we started trying. I beleive your weight has a TON to do with fertility, I know it did for me. Just like for that time of the month. I notice when I'm not eating healthy my cycle gets off track, and when I do eat healthy and going to gym, it gets back on track.

Currently TTC and just saw my doctor about an hour ago. He told me to stop focusing so much on weight loss and focus more on muscle mass. Fertility is more likely with more muscle mass. So am going to be adding a little more to my daily calories and picking up the weights.

He said my weight fluctuation was actually doing me a disservice. :s

    ETA: I also have PCOS.

I have also delt with infertility and loss. My story is on my profile. But I will say two things 1. Losing weight can help, I lost 20 lbs and became pregnant. The articles I read say as little as 5 lbs can make all the differance. 2. If you have been trying for over a year you should go to the doctor something may be wrong. Identifying what that may be can really help.
