Meh
- it isn't a miracle cure for anything
- continued use may erode tooth enamel
BUT
- vinegars contain antioxidants
- vinegar improves blood sugar levels
- apple cider vinegar improves insulin sensitivity, slows blood sugar levels rising
- vinegar may posses physiological effects similar to acarbose and metformin
- vinegar prevents the oxidation of low-density lipoproteins
- vinegar is a good replacement for unhealthy fats in commercial salad dressings
- vinegar kills bacteria, prevents bacteria from growing on surfaces IE: throat
- vinegar contains polyphenols which may help the fight against cancer
ONLY a balanced diet, proper nutrition and common behaviour WORKS 100% of the time.0 -
It can help you in the weight loss process, but pounds won't be dropping of if you're not on a deficit.
I usually mixed it in cold water with fresh lemon juice. I take it every morning and I've noticed my skin to be clearer.
Anything can help you in the weight loss process if you're eating at a deficit, yet there is nothing more needed if you are eating at a calorie deficit.
There is no magic in any food or drink that helps with weight loss.0 -
