Food poisoning , out for at least a week

Hi guys .. I started weight training about 2 months ago been enjoying it... Trying to build muscle mass..And wham! Suddenly down with food poisoning last Friday.. At least now the diarrhea runs has stopped, but feeling light headed (low blood pressure ) , dehydrated , muscle fatigue especially my legs...

Question is, anyone of you here experienced this before ? How long does it take to gain back the strength? Is muscle tingling sensation and fatigue part of overtraining as well? Feeling too sick to head to the gym.. I'm hoping Saturday I can resume my exercises ...
