I ride the bike at the ymca for 5.00 miles. Is this good?? I weigh 193 pounds from 203 pounds but lost momentum. Help??

I think anything that gets you moving is good. I like spinning classes, sitting and biking on my own gets boring.0

5 miles is great if you haven't been exercising/on a bike in a while. As long as you get your heart rate up and are moving you're doing good work.0

I assume you are trying to lose weight.....? Focus more on your calories in being less than calories out to see results. Any type of activity is great for fitness. If you have a specific fitness goal though you should share it so we can see if 5 miles is a good start for that, etc. Make sense?0
