Panhandle (western-ish) MD newbie here

Stepped on the scale this morning and saw 212 on it. Figured it's time to start tracking my activity and nutrition. I program my own strength based on my goals, and I am starting conditioning 5x's per week. I take a more athletic approach and perform a wide array of strength exercises followed by conditioning. However, training isn't the real issue - caloric intake is. I eat relatively clean at home, but not so much at work. Thus, meal prep will be my main goal. If anyone would like to workout, run, or trade advice, shoot me a message!
