Help new here and not sure what to put my exercise under.. ??

So due to medical issues I have to exercise on a fitness ball I do a lot on it. To where I am working up a sweat I also use exercise bands on the ball etc.. I put this under yoga, but not sure this is what it should go under?? Any thoughts?? Thanks

    Honestly, the only way to come close to accurate when you're modifying an exercise is going to by using a heart rate monitor. Even doing an exercise exactly as described is problematic because your level of effort may be different, even from session to session.

    I'd think yoga is probably a pretty good guess, though.
