A workout to try!

warm up - 8 push-ups 8 air squats 3 rounds
- 3-6-9-12-15-18-21 reps of box jumps and front squats
- Once finished start:
- 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of back squats and knee up (mountain climber position bringing both knees to elbows and back)
- End with : kettle bell bent over row
- Kb bicep curls
- Kb push press
- 8 reps both arms 3 rounds
This was a workout we did at the gym yesterday and I burned around 800 calories after doing my own abs! Have fun!

How did you figure out your burn?? That seems really high.0 -
I wear a polar ft4 watch with the heart rate monitor around my chest! It's set to my height and weight and my maximum HR!0

Glad you enjoyed your workout, it looks fun. Be aware that HRMs are only accurate for steady-state cardio and will overestimate calories burned on a circuit like this. Sweet! I didn't know that!! Thanks for the advice I'll have to look into it! How am I suppose to know how many calories I burn exactly?
