1500 daily cal

hello all,
I've been on 1500 cals daily since jan 2015 and only lost 10lbs, suposed to lose 2 lbs a week, I have not gone over 1500 since I started, and walk fast uphill on treadmill 4-6 cd a week? I'm male 53, 5'11 190 lbs appreciate any suggestions my goal is 177

what is your activity level? sounds like you should really be eating more than that? I am at 1500 - 1800 a day. Im a 40 yo woman.0

I have desk job, walk allot and do treadmil 30 mins atleast 5xs week0
