Started this tonight, only managed the first 2 levels before I thought I was gonna keel. I am already aching from the waist down!

    l started this about 4 weeks ago. It's brilliant! Last week I didn't do the DVD at all as I was so busy all week and I put on 2lb! Back to it tonight and back onto fitness pal today! Your bum ends up so sore doing this DVD lol!

    Hi, I've just come across this blog. I'm new to exercise, it's not something I really do but I am desperately trying to loose weight. I have done this for 2 days now, not long I know but it's a start. I have also been tracking my calories in "my fitness pal" too. This app has a log for exericise too, but as I said, i'm knew to this. Can you please tell me what kind of exercise this dvd is? Is it classed as aerobics?

    Also, have you seen a difference since starting this dvd?
