hi there, I'm still pretty new to this app. I found that it really helps me logging my food. I am determined to shed this weight I put on after I quit smoking. I try to work out several times per week and I made some progress in the past two months. So now I a, wondering, should I eat the caloris I burn?

You shouldn't because if you eat what you worked off then there would be no point in working out my nutritionist taught me that... Hope this helps & GOOD LUCK0

The last post is somewhat incorrect. This app already calculated your daily recommended calories based on what you input in the beginning to lose weight w/o exercise. So, if you eat what you burned you still aerobically benefitted your bod. Good luck. !0
