Second shift bad eating habits

Hi Ya'll!
I'm very new hear but wanted to say hi and ask a question. I work mostly second shift 1pm-9/10pm. I usually try to eat before my shift and since I'm a hairstylist, usually don't have time to eat while I'm at work. By the time I get home around 10pm at night I'm STARVING and just want to shove every possible carb in my stomach, then of course go to bed 10 minutes later: which I also heard isn't good for your weight lose goals. Anyone in this same position? The last thing I want to do is cook when I get home also. Thanks in advance!
