Help! My Fitbit won't connect!

I just got my Fitbit two days ago! It's been working fine. For some reason within the last hour and a half it won't turn on batteries fully charged and the green lights are flashing. I have the Charge HR.

    What do you mean turn on? You mean the display is not working or it's not connecting to MFP?

    If you plug it in to charge does it show as charging? Does the battery show in the display?

    My daughter bought it from Amazon prime. I called her she may have to send it back :(

    I had to plug the USB into the computer and hold the side button for 20 seconds and it reset!

    I dont have a fitbit Charge, i have a flex, and i find that i have to reset it all the time!! its such a pain in the bum! and ive had issues with it connecting to my fitbitapp and mfp.. ive stopped using it.. hope yours doesnt do that too!!
